Career Path

When I was young, I remember that I was asked this question
a number of times. I believe a lot of us were asked the same
question. “What do you want to be when you grow up”. I
wanted to be a soldier at a point because I loved the uniform
and the order that makes the military stand out. I also wanted
to work in the bank because I loved calculating and ensuring
that things were in order.

I ended up studying accounting and starting up as a business
development consultant in a consulting firm. I am happy with
what I do and I have fun while doing it. The most important
thing in getting a job is not necessarily the money, though it is
very important in making a decision to work or not to work
for an organization. There are a couple of factors that I think
one should consider in making the decision on a career path
to follow. I will outline three of them below and briefly analyze
