I read an interesting story that got me thinking. It reflects some
events that may have occurred in our lives. Not exactly the
same scenario, but something similar. I also heard that its a true
life story, this made it more touching. It goes like this;

A boy and a girl, probably his girlfriend were speeding down the
road on a motorbike. The girl was apparently scared and said,

Girl   :  please slow down, I’m scared and you’re going too fast
Boy  :  no, this is fun
Girl   :  no it’s not, please slow down
Boy  :  then tell me you love me
Girl   :  Fine, I love you
Boy  :  Now give me a big hug
… The girl hugs him
Boy  :  Can you take my helmet off and put it on yourself…its bugging me
…the girl puts it on
Girl   :  Alright, now slow down !!
Boy  :  I love you babe

In the paper the next day was a publication that a motorcycle
had crashed into a building as a result of a brake failure. They
were two people on the bike, however only one survived. The
truth was that half way down the road, the guy discovered that
his brakes had failed and he did not want his girlfriend to know.
So he had her tell him she loved him,  felt her hug for the very
last time, made her wear his helmet so that she would live
knowing fully well that he would die…

Sometimes our actions might not be clear, sometimes saying
what we intend to do might not make sense and might be the
wrong thing to do. We can only hope that someday, our
intentions will become clear. That is the moment of truth, the
feeling of relief that frees the mind. Everyone deserves to be
loved, love is all we need.
