The first step to take is to ask. You create a mental picture of
what you want in your mind and by constantly focusing on it
you are attracting it and you have also asked for it. The next
step is to believe. If you hold that thought in your mind, you
have to believe that it will actually become a reality. The events
that may follow might make it seem impossible and make you
have doubts, however remain focussed and believe.

Finally receive it. You should have a receptive Spirit. If your
desire is a house, start living in it in your mind. You do not
have to see it first to start living in it. You do not have to
know how it will happen, just know it will. Majority of people
in history that made the most outstanding discoveries and
achieved great things had no idea how to make it work but
knew that they will.

Having a positive mental attitude will also go a long way in
helping you achieve whatever you set out to achieve. Being
positive implies that you continue to attract positive things.
So pay attention to the things you want and remain positive
rather than what you don’t want.

                           “What you resist, persists”

Picture a car traveling from Ibadan to Lagos at night. The head
lights are on and this shows the car only a few meters ahead.
As the car goes forward, the light shows the next few meters
at every point. You can never see the entire length of the
road. Its the same story about our lives, we can not see the
complete picture of what lye’s ahead. However as we go
along, the future becomes the present. If you wait to see the
entire road before taking the first step, I’m afraid it will never
happen.

    “Whatever we think about and thank about,
we bring about”

More important than receiving is being grateful for what you
have received. We often tend to forget about what we have
and constantly seek to ask for more all the time. A man
whose wife is always thankful for the gifts she receives will
always receive more because she shows gratitude. The same
principle applies to life as well.

What you do with the information in your hands is up to you.
All power is from within and therefore under your control.
You are the designer of your destiny.
