The Journey
“Success is a journey not a destination”

A lot is going through my head right now as I sit here trying
to develop a power point presentation for a program which
is holding tomorrow. Its a seminar aimed at equipping heads
of schools and senior teachers on adapting to the changes that
are occurring around them. The world is flat, in other words
the world has become a global village.
Remaining relevant in a flattening world is essential for success.
This brings us back to the main point, what is success to you?
I used to fantasize and wish that I wake up one morning and
find myself in a beautiful mansion and have a garage with exotic
cars. There is nothing wrong with all this, however there is a
