All Things Work Together For Good Pt 2

An anonymous caller contacted me and said he had seen my
credentials and was willing to send the documents to me. I was
excited and was so grateful to God that at last it had been found.
He started out as a nice guy and only demanded that at my own
time I could send him a recharge card to be able to drop it at the
park I lost it.
I hurriedly sent it to him and contacted someone to help me pick it
up at the park. I called the number again and to my surprise, the story
had changed. The good Samaritan was demanding for N10,000
before he would send the documents. My countenance revealed
everything. The excitement was gone.
I came back to Lagos in January and had a couple of tests and
interviews which I attended with photocopies of my credentials
and the police report and affidavit. The negotiations went on for
almost 3 months. I sent some more recharge cards and investigated
the number through a friend that works in GLO mobile. There was
no positive result.
I still had no job and I attended a seminar in March and the speaker
made a statement that changed the course of my life.
“If you are not doing anything now, then there’s a problem”
My cousin had earlier told me that he knew a friend and a mentor who
was recruiting volunteer’s and I immediately remembered and made a
decision that I would go to his office the next working day which was
a Monday.
This interview was the best interview ever, they did not ask for my
original credential’s. The best part was that I resumed the following
week. I still work there and believe me, an offer from Chevron or
Mobil I will reject (this was my opinion after working for a month).

I strongly believe that “What happened, happened and couldn’t have
happened any other way ” There is a purpose for our lives and everything
that happens along the way was designed to help us achieve this purpose.
We cannot downplay the fact that the Almighty has a hand in helping us
achieve our purpose. Challenges prepare us for the task ahead and rather
than complain about it, we should learn from it.
Till date I have not found the credential’s but I found better things. I work
with the best team ever and in the fastest growing Conglomerate and a boss
that words can’t describe. Where we are now is the smallest we can ever be.
I know now that without a doubt that
“all things work together for good to them that love God, to them
who are the called according to his purpose” Romans 8:28
“To them that love God” we should always put that on the back of our minds God comes first and understanding it will take you to places you can only dream of. This story/testimony/miracle shows to every one that God is still performing miracles, when all this was going on I prayed and asked God how and why should good people go through pain,why should the wicked have every thing in the world going well for them, but after six months I understood that God wanted a testimony that will reflect only what He wanted every one to learn from that, He is still the great provider and in only Him can you find true provision.He did it all without credentials. I love this testimony it brings joy to my soul
Wit God all things worketh for good……. In times of your darkness, u had a path that God had set aside for u, an everlasting road, the light. forever shall u be in the luv and protection of the lord. Your story is a touching one and also letting us know that God always has plans for us, we should not look at our present state but to find a covenant wit God for that everlasting light to be bestowed on us for we are all his children and He always has a purpose for us. I see loads of untapped potential… and what God has in plan, is bigger than all we’ve seen put together… may he usher you to the heights where you can see the dreams yet undreamt.
Hmn, my story is very similar. I am a living testimony of all things work together for good, all things. I couldn’t agree more you took the story right out of my mouth but with your own words!!
Hmm…. Emore, I remember that day you were interviewed vividly cos i did interview you. I’m excited at the way God works through the stages of our lives to bring out beauty and testimonies that will change lives.
I have no doubts that you’re positioned for something so great that it is beyond you, Stay Connected to God, He’ll take you there!

i look back now and i smile bcos i believe that as far as your eyes can see is what ur entitled to.so u can begin to see beyond the horizon …. nice work
after reading the Part 1 & 2 of All Things Work Together For Good, i came this close to tears. what am i saying?, my eyes are kinda misty and so i might not be typing correctly except by the mere fact that my fingers are very accustomed to the keys.
I had a similar experience last year…loss of original docs and i can relate to a bit of what you went thru. I recovered them though i found favour first and the NIPOST culprit is answering to EFCC.
Indeed God makes all the various “unpalatable” ingredients come to a well cooked sumptuous meal.

at 1st when the bag gist came,i tot that was the end of so many things for ….. but now i know that when GOD decides to lift a man he doesn”t look back
God moves in mysterious ways his wonders to perform. Through the physical pains and emotional trauma God discovers His routes to help. Jesus never holds back his promises but looks on to catch our attention. The earlier we know Jesus is the creator of all powers, principalities, thrones and dominions, the quicker our breakthrough comes. No one said it was easy no one also said it was impossible. Recall your blessings, take a second. Now ask your heart and lungs who told them to work while you were asleep!
