Are You Ready For The Challenge?

Tagged Under :

Can I start my own blog? Can I be the best in what I do? These are the questions that are going through my mind right now. However, there is only one way to find out. Start from where you are.

Someone Once said that discipline is doing what you have to do whether you feel like it or not. It’s the 15th day of January 2008 exactly 12 noon, I have decided to start my own blog.

The feeling is the same when you want to start anything new, being nervous trying to make sure everything is perfect, but I guess the most important thing is writing the first line. When you’ve started and burnt all the bridges, you are left with only one option, to keep writing.

The purpose for our lives is much greater than just our life. We go through a lot of experiences daily and we have to be able to share these experiences. Who knows who is reading, who knows whose life might just be affected.

Take a few minutes to reflect on your first day in school, or the first time you did something new….Looking back at it now, you might smile, laugh or want to do things differently. One thing is significant though, your life is a summation of these experiences. The successes, the mistakes the highs, the lows, the good times and the bad times all add up to make your life what it is today.

We must prepare ourselves daily; we must live our lives and be ready for anything that comes our way. Abraham Lincoln said “I will prepare myself and one day my time will come”, and indeed his time came. We can never be totally ready but how we react in every situation is what matters. Our attitude determines our altitude.

I am preparing myself for a journey into a known destination, however the road may turn I cannot tell. How this challenge ends is only a matter of time, but I want to be able to look back and say it was worth it after all, and I want to apply this to every thing I do.

Welcome to the world through my eyes
